Growing up I think we all heard the saying, Look Good, Feel Good.
There's so much truth to that...
But what about when you're working to feel good.... maybe you can't get that dress yet, or the fat isn't coming off as fast as you like... are you not supposed to feel good then?
Instead let's try this.... Feel Good, Look Good!
Place yourself in a state of gratitude that will allow you to feel good but where you are and who you are right now.
You have something if not a ton of things to feel good about right now. Yes, you also have those 2-3 things that are "crushers" and seem to dismiss the good.
Do you really think those 2 or 3 things should bring you down for forever...
Let's put those things to the side for a second.
Now 1 by 1 think about the things that make you feel good that you have right now. Why do they make you feel good.
Capture THAT feeling! With that, what you wear and those few extra pounds become a lot less important.
