I’m have a couple onboarding sessions this weekend so I wanted to give you a look into what a onboarding session would look like…but in a way that you can do one on your self:
1. Start with determining what your surface goals are. That is the "obvious", lose 20 lbs, tighten my thighs, flatten my belly, fit into my wedding dress...
2. Then look into your why. Why do you want to start this journey with a coach.
Are you approaching 50 and your mom had a heart attack at 50? Do you want to be able to keep up with your kids. Are you lacking confidence and you believe improving your body image will improve your overall confidence?
In a nut shell, wha'ts the realll reason you want to get healthier?
3. Then figure out how much time do you have to dedicate to your health and fitness per week. Time for workouts, meal prep, and proper reccovery.
4. Put in stone HOW you will stay accountable.
I know…I’m oversimplifying this…but this is a great way to start designing a program.
The questions are like the tests. They give you information.
Then you build a program using the information you gather to get to your goals.
So when you think about starting a new program - start with this same approach.
