Even with great dieting and training, stress can hinder your progress and destroy results.
Even professional bodybuilders have to manage their stress levels on contest day
because of the negative effects it can have on your body. These changes can happen within an hour!
Like we previously discussed, stress does not have to be angry or crying over a situation...
Just the everyday grind we go through can do it. Deadlines, meetings while we are fatiqued, taking care
of sick loved ones, rush hour traffic, short lunch breaks...
That stress.
Even tho it's not dramatic and seems normal.... it's not.
Then the release of cortisol and betatrophin begins to take its toll on your physique and mood.
This is so key because we don't want you to think your nutrition and training is a waste. Instead try to give your recovery and stress management a little more attention.
