Realll quick. So back in the days of PIP we were doing the right thing to increase bone density and health and we didn't even know it!
We all know that bone density increase when the bones are under stress. To me that always meant, things like
kicking trees, box jumps, running up and down the hill...
Now, new research shows that the greatest thing you can do to increase bone density and health is....
Powerlifting!
Not just weightlifting in general, but
specifically Powerlifting.
When your muscles contract they pull at the tendons and the tendons pull on your bones. The force put on your bones from the tendons actually increases bone density more effeciently than an exercise such as box jumps.
