WHAT IS THE REAL CAUSE...
A heard a great line on a podcast this week but it didn't really register until talking to a friend today?
The line is, 'instead of looking at and blaming your family genetics for your current health, start looking at your family's habits."
When you start to look around you can see possible cases of this.
If your family tradition is spaghetti on Thursdays and eat out on the weekends...
That could be the recipe for weight gain, among the whole family...
