INTENTION
As I was putting this together someone in the gym contributed their changes in the past year
to 'intention'.
Previously she went into the gym, kinda learning the moves, the gym layout.
Getting into a rhythm of just being there.
After several months she turned up her FOCUS. Knowing WHAT she wanted to do allowed her to FOCUS more on what she was doing instead of what should she do.
Ok... It's like going into the grocery store without a list.
You will probably get everything you want...
You will probably get a bunch of extra stuff too
and it's going to take you longer... just like when you go to the gym without a
plan...
