Being productive and being busy are not at all the same thing.
Just doing random tasks won’t create your success.
Much like doing random exercises and unplanned workouts will hold you back from achieving your goals.
Doing the right tasks will.
Look everybody is busy, always doing 'something'.
But is it the right
“something”?
Were the actions you took in andn out of the gym productive?
Did you get closer to your goals today?
What are those critical, simple little things that lead to health and fitness success that are easy to do, but even easier not to do?
Did you do them? If so, acknowledge them.
Even celebrate them.
Every small step you take will get you where you want to go and those
steps, no matter how small or insignificant they may seem at the time – are progress.
One by one, a little progress becomes a lot...
...So start by taking another step, or the first step.... today!
