There's a world of difference between knowing and doing.
I'm guessing even at work you have those colleagues that are completely aware of what to do but they rarely do
it.
Or maybe the friend you see eating something that's not going to support their goals...
...but what they do ultimately dictates their results.
And I'm guessing that you know you should consistently...
...hit your hydration goals daily...
...follow a fitness routine instead of winging it...
...track your nutrition...
...make recovery a part of your weekly routine...
and a host of other things
to hit your fitness goals.
But, if you're like many of the moms, dads, and professionals I talk to, in spite of knowing that, you're not consistent when it comes to doing it.
I speak with a people weekly that did almost all the right things, but they didn't do them consistently.
If they remembered, they'd do one thing.
If they gain a few pounds THEN they might do another.
Now imagine the compound
effect if they executed on all of the habits they knew worked and did them all 12X per year instead of 2-3.
Just doing something 6X more often will undoubtedly yield better results...
...but doing all the things more consistently will compound and the outcome will likely be even better than that.
