I was having a conversation with someone about our various coaching programs the other day and he mentioned procrastination.
Like many of us, he said that procrastination was
an issue, and he was tired of it.
I told him hiring a coach WAS THE way to combat procrastination.
I'll explain why in a minute, but I think there is a lesson in this that I want to get to first.
He knew the issue he was struggling with and was holding him back.
So the ideal program for him would be 1 on 1 or online coaching and I just simply needed to explain that. I'll explain more in a sec.
This is true for any
of our problems.
If you want to get yourself on board, identify where you feel struggle and look into how to specifically solve that problem.
I know you've tried almost everything in the past, but dwelling on the problem will not help you move forward.
So, here's what I told him makes Coaching with me or anyone on the SBYMMA team is the move for him!
- There is multifaceted accountability - both tracking numbers and regular check
ins.
- It's personalized coaching - so there is a plan designed specifically for you, your strengths and your circumstances (job, injuries, food preferences...so it's simpler to stick to.
- We do a lot of the things that people get stuck on. Designing the food plans. How to perform key exercise movements. Even managing relationships
- There's a weekly plan to follow - so you know what to do.
- There is open 1 on 1 access to me - so solutions are easy to
access.
- The coaches are incentivized to keep you progressing since it's a fully guaranteed program.
Before you commit, we make sure the program fits you and that way you don't always feel like you're adapting to us.
You have to know that change is required to get results...
...and results will come to those that are willing to make those changes.
So, if you want more results ..hire a coach to dig into the things you believe are
holding you back. We will work with you to eliminate those obstacles, one by one.
