So many of us have tried everything to achieve optimal physical and mental fitness. We've had progress but never reached that full potential.
The past few years I've encountered a lot of people who have really nailed down what works for them as far as losing fat and increase their fitness levels.
Reaching that next level was always difficult because they all seemed to have one common
enemy. Stress!
Nothing major, or sometimes very life altering situations did arise, but for the most part it was just general chronic stress.
Long workdays, kids and parents to support, lack of time for personal hobbies and interest.... ya know, all the things.
The constant stressors usually lead to hormonal imbalances, bad eating and sleeping habits, and decrease of excitement during the day.
That daily excitement is
important because in that state we tend to learn more and do more.
When things look good on paper but you're not getting the results you want, start paying attention to your state of mind during the day.
If it feels like your stressed or just running on pure adrenaline as opposed to feeling relaxed and in control of your day, then it may be time to address to constant stress in your life.
If you're looking for ways to decrease stress,
respond to this email with questions and we can cover them in the following days.
Prepare for the week and have a relaxed Sunday!
