It's Saturday evening, and after talking to a client there seems to be a common theme this week...
"I need to get serious."
"I keep falling off track, I need to get it together"
and other similar statements have been made by clients, former clients, and just some gym friends this past week.
Maybe we're all seeing January disappear before our very
eyes.
Those resolutions and programs we bought at the beginning of the year just haven't taken full effect yet...
It happens, a lot.
No shame to not being ALL in yet this year.
In fact being ALL in maybe be a bit much right now.
Maybe... finding a level and a few habits you can sustain right NOW is the move to make.
