Like dieting, there are many ways to tackle this. It depends on what works for you. A universal place to start is with identifying your weaknesses.
Once you've done that, you know where to start building, and maybe even recognize where you need to go.
Don't neglect your strengths, you'll need to lean on them throughout your journey. It can be a difficult to identify and tirelessly try to improve on your weaknesses. I mean, they are your weak points for a reason.
This leads me to
coaching.
Being a great coach comes down to the ability to identify the weak and strong points in others.
Not in an over critical way, but a collaborative way. In a way where it's laid out there for you to see, with a plan to improve included.
From there, you lay out a plan based on psychological,
physiological, and physical assessments. And this is what we've done repeatedly for 13 years! Improving upon the methods in which we create change every year.
They say there's safety in a system, and that's exactly what I'm sharing with you.
