    • PROS - mental discipline,  conditioning through repetition, flexibility strength,  skills

    • CONS - resistance training,  not well rounded, takes time

  • MMA Sport -

    • PROS - stellar conditioning, strength, skills,  combat,  discipline

    • CONS -  flexibility, must involve contact, aesthetics, joint impact

  • Power Lifting -

    • PROS - max strength, quick explosive,  oly lifts help flexibility

    • CONS - cardio, limited mobility,  joint impact

  • Running -

    • PROS - cardio, stress management, fat loss,  helps all other styles

    • CONS- high impact, strength,  repetitive movement

  • CrossFit -

    • PROS - weightlifting oly, cardio and gymnastics.  Overall development explosive

    • CONS - sport aspect, no body composition goals, direct sport skills, high impact
