Being in the health and fitness industry, I often see others be overly critical of themselves.
I want you to really think about the way you talk to yourself.
Self-talk is one of the most powerful things in the world, and we're constantly doing it in our subconscious mind.
What are the words you're using? Are they negative or positive? It's funny how we become what we tell ourselves.
We live up to our own expectations- so it's TIME to raise the bar!!
For us to strive to become the healthiest and best version of ourselves, we need to remind ourselves that "I AM WORTH IT."
And you absolutely ARE. I am truly grateful to have you participate in this challenge and have you be a part of our fitness family.
In order to believe we are worth it, we have to sometimes remind ourselves why we are so awesome!
Here's an activity that will shift the way you think and talk to yourself.
Write down 10 things that you LOVE about yourself at this very moment.. and none of them can be related to your physical appearance.
Keep this list with you, and glance over it if you feel yourself slipping into a negative mindset.
Honor your body and respect it for what it IS capable of. Fuel it well with good food and positive thoughts so it can take you where you want to go.
Imagine if we converted the negative energy we spent on worrying about our body into positive energy that pushes us closer to our goals. You are truly capable of amazing things.
