However, like your favorite hollywood movie makers, sports teams, and restaurants, you need a plan. Plan A, B, and possibly G.
The holiday season is sure to be a crazy one. Having it in your mind that no matter what you will stick to your healthy habits, even through the stressful times.
Will that happen everytime, no.
Should you feel guilty when you fall of the wagon 3x the week after Thanksgiving? Bish please. No need.
We will have to go with the flow for sure, but committing to limiting sodas, getting rest the 2nd week in December, exercise 3x per week, something in that realm will ensure that you don't wake up in February 2021, 10lbs heavier.
Best time to establish those habits... today!! I know you know that, so take your time. Get your head straight. Just know the holidays and even the school year is approaching. Don't lose yourself in the mix.
