In a couple of days I will be releasing a new Membership Site where I will personally coach a select number of people, with more individual attention than ever before. More than just a program, an actual 24/7 coaching experience.
But before then I want to give you a few tips to getting a great online fitness experience.
The first tip is to ask questions. Ask Google, friends, trainers, people at work, ask them about their fitness experiences. Have they had trainers or attended classes. Find out what helped then progress, and what didn't.
Find out their biggest fitness problem.
Then how they solved it.
You may have to do a little searching but success is out there.
Easy enough.
The second tip is to identify what you want! What's helped you in the past What would you have done differently?
Next find someone who is going to get you too your goals. You may need a strict program, a more flexible program, either way find the person that is offering what you're looking for. Simple enough.
Oh and something we like to practice…if its complicated, try to avoid it:)
I will be coaching the students in the Mindful Workouts & Nutrition site on exactly how to achieve long term success and work with them to figure all of this out. In a way that's customize it for the individual.
Whether you choose to enroll in the course or not…this is the fastest path to success with online training.
And it works for offline too. But wow that's a hassle these days.
