Visiting Maryland a month ago was a blast!!
So many things stood out but this topic definitely did. Because of COVID many things have changed right? Commutes, work time, ect...
Well watching my dad have his doctor appt via video chat was wild. 72 yr old man having his first online doctor visit. And you know what... he loved it. There were still some inconveniences to work through but it wouldn't be a true doctor visit without a couple right?
So just like that, the future is NOW. The convenience, safety, and cleanliness of an online appt will now be the standard.
Of course you all know we've offered virtual training for over 6 years now. It's not the preferred method for some. But for the ones that have tried it, loved it!! You can truly workout anywhere, anytime. At work, in your living room, garage, back yard, anywhere.
Why do I keep promoting this method of training??
We've heard the difficulties that stand in the way of you reaching your true potential.
Time (online training offers freedom of schedule and less travel time to and from the gym)
Money (online training is a more affordable option than standard gym training and it never stops. your phone is your gym community and its on you at all times)
Consistency (well, wee see the consistency of most gyms the last 7 years. Although we prefer the interactive gym experience, it can be taken from us at any moment)
