The Fall is coming.
People are wrapping up vacations and kids are heading back to school.
Time to get back into a scheduled routine.
With that in mind, here are a few tips to help:
Get your systems in order.
Start to plan out your weeks. Yes eventually your plans will be greatly modified. However for the times that we can control, we want to take full advantage.
Determine what type of training you would like to do the next 2-3 months. Maybe it's time to shake up your routine. Or is what you are doing currently working and you should ride it out a little longer?
How to decide what's best for you.
Questions to ask. What fits my schedule? Is my fitness/physique currently improving, at a stand still, or sliding backwards? Do I have/need a training partner or will I be able to hold my self accountable?
If you have wanted to move into small group or or 1 0n 1 personal training. Now would be a good time before key time slots are gone.
Are you going to use Weight Watchers, Core Life, or any other services to help with your nutrition?
When answering these questions remember, stick to the basics first. The easier your program is to understand the more you will adhere to it.
Now is the time to start planning for the school year!!!
