It's being said a lot more now and it's true
Now and days it's not that people aren't doing anything to get healthy,
It's that they are doing to much. Correcting a they go.
So they think. They truth is they rarely give a change a chance.
No bread, no soda, a new workout routine...
A lot of the time many internal changes must
happen before you see anything on the outside. Lots of blood markers, hormone levels, the ability to digest carbs and protein synthesis are all things that will change, subtly or drastically over the first few weeks and months.
Any one or all of these bio markers must change in a favorable way before any external changes or fat catabolism will take place.
- Track it! Over weeks and months tracking your actions and results will give you or your coach a
clearer picture of what's working and what's not.
- Make 1, maybe 2 changes at a time. This way it's easier to see what's effective. Now if you need to increase sleep and water. That's obvious. You can add one more change to that.
- Patience. If it takes 3 months to create your fitness Blueprint, that's nothing. Cause now you can use that Blueprint for the next 3 years!
Imagine hitting a golf ball or baseball ball. A 1-inch change in trajectory can lead to a
significantly different landing point 100, 200, 300 yards away.
You're the ball. A small change in direction can land you in a totally different area. It doesn't take much.
