It's chill time, vaca time, last hooray before the school year starts season.
So the last thing people want to do is stick to eating clean, limit alcohol, and train hard.
However we all know what's
coming.
"Back to School" baby! Even if you are older, no kids, or just graduate, your schedule changes when September arrives.
And what's wild is that we really don't have free time or structure during the summer because we usually overload our schedule.
Going "back to school" in the fall brings a time of structure, schedule, and routine.
Guess what fits well with structure and routine... healthy fit
