Well, let's look at it this way.
I like to evaluate my meals base on the carb to protein ratio. (and then fat if needed for caloric or health reasons)
So from that POV, chicken wings are going to win when compared to subs, sandwiches, pizza, or pastas.
A salad could work.
The main go to at any restaurant would be chicken breast and
veggies but that def gets boring after awhile.
Chicken wings provide a punch of protein and fat to keep the energy up. Lay low on the sauces although they are less likely to cause gut inflammation than let's say pizza dough.
