People always say change your way of thinking but never really say how.
Here's a place you can start.
Practice, as often as humanly possible, starting your thoughts with the words.
I can, I am, or I will.
You may not finish those statements in the most positive manner at first, but with practice you will be a constant reminder to others what
confidence positivity look like.
You fail at a task, follow that up immediately by saying, " I can figure this out" or "I will get it next time"
Let those be the very first words you speak to yourself after not completing a task with the quality or time of your liking.
