The time it takes to research, implement, and double down on what works is usually beyond what someone can afford. I mean meal prep and hitting the gym alone maxes out your time. Let alone,
researching diet after diet.
and unless you can find research that was conducted on someone with your same physical and genetic makeup, you may not find he answers you need.
Everyone is so different. Trial and error with consistent monitoring and adjustments is the most effective way to find the perfect diet for you.
