At times it's super frustratting but then the brutal truth hits as it always does. ‘Okay’ isn’t the goal. ‘Just fine’ isn’t why you and I started this journey. That moment of honesty usually gets me rolling…staying on that ‘just okay’ path for another 3, 6, or 12 months… …that feels like regret

- One day of getting back to the basics.
