The last 2 weeks have been the perfect example of why you don't wait to start a new habit.
If you wanted until the 1st.... well that was an odd Wednesday... lots of sickness.
So you wait until Monday... well now we are going on our 3rd snow day and the gym wasn't even open on Monday.
We just never really know what's
coming next. The past is gone and the future hasn't happened yet. The only place we have real impact is in the present.
The perfect time is rare and usually only seen in hindsight. Most of the time you just have to get after and make it up as you go along.
