Resilient Leader - prioritize emotional regulation with mindfulness, journaling, therapy/coaching
- Decisive Action Taker - Make quick decisions and fully commit. Reduce overthinking.
- Consistent High Performer - Keep set routines around fitness, nutrition, recovery, and daily learning.
